Advantage Healthcare Limited in Sussex is seeking an Assigned Care Assistant to support clients across Brighton, Bognor Regis and Chichester. You will travel between locations, cover rota gaps, and deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes and communities.
Applicants should have experience in PEG feeding, medication administration, moving and handling equipment, and hold a full UK driving licence.

We are currently looking for caring and compassionate individual to support our clients across the following areas and surrounding locations:
As an Assigned Care Assistant, you will support clients by covering rota gaps across a range of care packages, helping to ensure continuity of care and building familiarity and trust while delivering high-quality, person-centred support. You will play a key role in maintaining consistency for service users in their own homes and within the community, providing compassionate care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. The role involves travelling between client locations as required, working collaboratively with families and the wider team, and developing positive relationships through reliable and professional support.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience and competence in key clinical skills includingtracheostomy care,PEG feeding,medication administration, andmoving and handling equipment. You will work a flexible pattern of shifts, includingdays,nights, andweekends, with opportunities to gain experience across a variety of care settings.
