Job summary

Advantage Healthcare in Sussex is seeking a caring and compassionate Assigned Care Assistant to support clients across Brighton and Bognor Regis. You will cover rota gaps across a range of care packages, delivering high-quality, person-centred support in clients' homes and communities.

The role involves travel between locations, day and night shifts including weekends, and requires a full UK driving licence. Training is provided, with DBS check paid, and opportunities for progression within CCH.

Job Description

We are currently looking for caring and compassionate individual to support our clients across the following areas and surrounding locations:

• Brighton
• Bognor Regis

As an Assigned Care Assistant, you will support clients by covering rota gaps across a range of care packages, helping to ensure continuity of care and building familiarity and trust while delivering high-quality, person-centred support. You will play a key role in maintaining consistency for service users in their own homes and within the community, providing compassionate care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. The role involves travelling between client locations as required, working collaboratively with families and the wider team, and developing positive relationships through reliable and professional support.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience and competence in key clinical skills includingtracheostomy care,PEG feeding,medication administration, andmoving and handling equipment. You will work a flexible pattern of shifts, includingdays,nights, andweekends, with opportunities to gain experience across a variety of care settings. If you are adaptable, skilled, and committed to delivering safe and effective care, we would welcome your application.
