Formación

• Experience producing financial management information and reporting on compensation and bonus costs.
• Strong ability to analyse compensation and bonus data.
• Confidently explains financial trends and variances with AI/architecture context.
• Experience preparing reporting packs for business stakeholders.
• Understanding of finance data checks and data quality.
• Ability to support planning through clear cost analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare management information on compensation and bonus costs for oversight.
• Analyse pay-related data, explain movements and variances.
• Produce regular reporting packs for Sales and Finance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance to align data with reporting needs and evolve AI tasks.
• Maintain data records and checks to improve MI quality.
• Support planning with clear compensation cost analysis.
• Present financial findings to inform decisions.
