Page Executive is seeking an Associate Director Finance Sales Compensation in New York, with remote options. You will lead data architecture, governance, and automation to support commission calculations and sales performance across a global organization.

You will own data quality, SOX controls, and develop Power BI reporting while managing a high‑performing analytics team. Strong SQL, ETL, Python/Alteryx/VBA skills and experience with Xactly, Anaplan, or SAP Commissions are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, Data Strategy or related field.
• Proven people leader with experience managing high‑performing analytical teams.
• Strong expertise in SQL, database design, ETL processes, and data architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Python, Alteryx, or VBA for automation.
• Deep understanding of sales compensation processes and revenue allocation.
• Experience implementing SOX‑compliant controls, governance and audits.
• Proficient in Power BI with executive reporting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across functions.
• Experience with Xactly, Anaplan, SAP Commissions or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data architecture, governance, and automation supporting a global sales compensation function.
• Own the integrity and accuracy of commission calculations, reporting, and sales performance data.
• Design and optimise databases, ETL processes, and scalable reporting solutions.
• Develop automated reconciliation workflows and data quality controls.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain SOX‑compliant data governance frameworks and audit controls.
• Deliver Power BI reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Translate complex commercial agreements and sales structures into system‑ready solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts in a high‑performance environment.
• Drive continuous process improvement, operational efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making.
