Michael Page is seeking a Compensation and Bonus Finance MI Associate Director in London to lead finance management information for compensation and bonus activity. You will deliver clear reporting and insight to help Accounting & Finance teams plan and monitor pay-related costs, engaging with Sales teams and evolving AI architecture to automate basics.

The role can be fully remote anywhere in the UK or be City of London based with 2 days a week in the office, offering a competitive salary and

Qualifications

• Experience producing financial management information and reporting specifically on Compensation, Sales, Bonuses.
• Ideally be a Qualified Accountant (any) or MBA. Not essential but nice to have.
• Strong ability to analyse compensation and bonus data.
• Confidence explaining financial trends and variances clearly - proven ability to play with systems / architecture / and AI.
• Experience preparing accurate reporting packs for business stakeholders.
• Good understanding of finance data checks and data quality.
• Ability to support planning through clear cost analysis.

Job Offer

• Permanent Compensation And Bonus Finance MI Associate Director position in London (note can be fully remote anywhere in the UK too so long as can be in City of London office 2 times a month).
• Salary of £80,000 to £115,000, dependent on the *level* of experience.
