Job Description:

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join CMC Markets. The role involves managing the remuneration portfolio, providing advice on policies and processes, analyzing remuneration data, and managing benefits across UK and EMEA regions. The position requires 5 days onsite work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve and redesign reward strategies and frameworks.
  • Manage remuneration programs, including annual reviews, benchmarking, and employee share plans.
  • Collaborate with the business to advise on reward strategies.
  • Provide expertise on employee remuneration and address complex issues.
  • Conduct internal and external remuneration benchmarking.
  • Prepare remuneration data and participate in industry salary surveys.
  • Ensure remuneration governance and compliance.
  • Monitor market trends and review practices.
  • Coordinate annual salary reviews and manage related data activities.
  • Manage employee benefit programs and vendor relationships.
  • Benchmark and update benefit offerings to remain competitive and compliant.
  • Assist payroll to ensure accurate processing of remuneration and benefits.
  • Implement new initiatives and remuneration change programs.
  • Perform complex data modeling for pay reviews and incentive programs.
  • Generate HR metrics reports.
  • Maintain professional development and compliance training.
  • Provide high-quality, confidential service to clients and colleagues.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
