Job summary

Blue House Veterinary Centre in Biddulph is seeking a part-time Receptionist for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming, professional experience while managing appointments and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• This is a busy role where a calm, but friendly and outgoing personality is needed to deal with visitors, telephones, emails, general enquiries, messages, and the occasional emergency sometimes all at once!
• You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
