Real Life Options in Dunfermline is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred support across 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm shifts, including sleepover arrangements. Qualifications

• Experience with adults with challenging behaviour is advantageous, not essential; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care, medication, cooking and household tasks.
• Encourage social interaction and promote independence.
• Communicate with medical professionals and implement support plans and risk assessments.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided.
• Communicate effectively with the team and family members.
• Work independently and as part of a supportive team.
