Enable is recruiting Personal Assistants (Support Workers) in Dunoon to help people with learning disabilities live fuller, more independent lives. You will work as part of a bespoke team around each individual, supporting daily activities, personal care and social participation.

No prior care experience is required; we hire based on values and transferable skills. Shifts include Early, Back, and Overnight, in a part-time permanent role at £13.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; values and transferable skills are prioritised.
• Commitment to learning through training and ongoing support.
• Ability to support with personal care and daily activities while promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with moving and handling and positive behavioural support as needed.
