Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Rochford to assist young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help them live meaningful lives by supporting daily activities at home and in the community, building relationships and encouraging independence.

You will receive paid training, opportunities for qualifications, and work in an inclusive, supportive environment that values wellbeing and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Available to work a minimum of two shifts per week including earlies, lates, sleep ins and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals together.
• Plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and errands.
• Assist with personal care, including support with eating and administering medication.
