Job summary

Priory is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Kirklea in the centre of Kilmarnock. The role can be 22 hours per week over two days, or 38.5 hours full-time. Shifts run 8am–8pm on a 14‑day cycle, supporting 11 residents on the autism spectrum with learning disabilities or health needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living tasks and activities.
• Assist with assessment and implementation of care plans.
• Complete daily administration including updating care plans and notes.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, families, colleagues, visitors and other stakeholders.
• Adhere to policies to maintain safety, security and confidentiality.
• Undertake keyworking for individuals, helping plan goals and outcomes.
• Be flexible and promote resident choice and involvement.
• Present the service positively and contribute ideas for improvement.
