Dimensions (UK) Ltd. in Worcester is seeking empathetic Support Workers to assist four individuals with Angelman Syndrome, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and epilepsy.

You will deliver 1:1 and 2:1 support, uphold health and safety, and craft engaging activities in a lively, interactive environment. Shifts cover mornings, afternoons and sleep-ins; a full UK manual driving licence is required at onboarding.

Qualifications

• Creative, enthusiastic and reliable candidate is preferred.
• Experience in care settings is beneficial but full training is provided.
• Full UK manual driving licence is required at onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and 2:1 support for individuals with complex needs.
• Assist with mobility using hoists and equipment.
• Administer medication per epilepsy and Buccal protocols.
• Support communication using non-verbal cues and Makaton.
• Encourage participation in activities and promote wellbeing.
• Work as part of a committed and supportive team.
