Job summary

Dimensions is recruiting a Support Worker for Bromsgrove (B60). This part-time role (28 hours per week) supports five adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping them live independently with care delivered with dignity and respect.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, medication, and daily activities, fostering engagement in community outings and meaningful routines in a warm home environment.

Qualifications

• Caring and patient with a values-driven approach.
• Strong team player able to collaborate.
• Friendly, positive and able to bring humour into your day.
• Manual driving licence required.
• Experience in care is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence and support the lives they choose.
• Personal care and mobility support.
• Wheelchair support and ensuring comfort and safety.
• Medication administration, including epilepsy support.
• Daily living tasks including cooking, cleaning, shopping and appointments.
• Encourage engagement in activities and community outings.
