Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a caring and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Acle, supporting one gentleman in his 60s with profound learning disability and cerebral palsy. You will assist with daily routines, community access, and engaging activities.

Full UK manual driving licence is essential as you will drive the gentleman's car. The role includes late shifts, sleep-ins, and long weekend days with full training provided.

Qualifications

• You will be compassionate, patient, and attentive.
• Ability to understand non-verbal cues and visual communication.
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a care setting.
• Full UK manual driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support with daily routines and night-time assistance.
• Assist the gentleman to access his local community and enjoy personal interests.
• Support with moving and handling, PEG feeding and medications, with full training provided.
