Job summary

Prosperity Care & Wellbeing Ltd in Gloucester is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist two gentlemen with moderate learning disabilities and autism. You will deliver person-centred support to promote independence, wellbeing and engagement in daily activities within a supported living setting.

The role requires empathy, resilience and a respectful, courageous approach. A valid DBS and safeguarding mindset are valued, and a driver benefit is noted; shift patterns include early and late

Qualifications

Experience in adult social care or support worker role preferred.
Ability to provide person-centred support to promote independence, wellbeing and engagement in daily activities.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of vulnerable adults.
Willingness to work shifts including early/late hours.
Driver involvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centred support to promote independence, wellbeing and engagement in daily activities within a supported living environment.
Support two gentlemen with moderate learning disabilities and autism in daily routines and activities.
Uphold safeguarding standards and maintain professional boundaries.
