Job summary

Making Space is seeking a Support Worker to provide compassionate care for people with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will give personal care, assist with domestic tasks, and support medication administration, in a warm, values-driven environment.

No prior industry experience required; on-the-job training is provided with opportunities to pursue professional qualifications. 35 hours per week at £13.12 per hour, with varied shifts from 7:30am to 9:30pm, plus benefits and progression.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to service users.
• Administer medication as required.
• Assist with domestic tasks and daily living activities.
• Support service users to feel safe, valued and included.
