Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care setting is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work lone or with minimal supervision.
• Compassionate, caring and confident in interactions with adults with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in daily living and personal routines.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and develop new skills.
• Provide personal and emotional support as needed.
• Assist with planning and managing homes, leisure, employment, travel.
