Job summary

Pharmacyupdate in Bishops Stortford currently seeks compassionate Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in residential and supported living settings across East Hertfordshire. Roles include 1:1 and 2:1 support to help individuals maintain independence and participate in community activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Offer 1:1 or 2:1 support as required.
Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
Promote independence, choice and dignity.
Support access to the community, activities and appointments.
Follow care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
Build positive relationships with individuals, families and colleagues.
Encourage individuals to achieve personal goals.
