Cassidy Recruitment Ltd is seeking dedicated Support Workers for a care provider network in Bishop's Stortford and surrounding areas. You'll support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in residential or supported living settings, delivering person-centred care and 1:1 or 2:1 support.

You will work as part of a compassionate team, promoting independence, dignity and community access while following care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.

Formación

• Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs is desirable.

Support Workers Wanted for a Care Provider in Bishops Stortford.

Due to continued growth within the care sector, we are currently working with a number of established and expanding care providers across East Hertfordshire who are looking to recruit experienced and dedicated Support Workers.

We have a variety of exciting opportunities available in Hoddesdon and the surrounding areas, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs within residential and supported living settings.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to adults with a range of learning disabilities and complex needs.

Positions involve providing 1:1 or 2:1 support, depending on the individual's needs.

• Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
• Promoting independence, choice and dignity.
• Supporting individuals to access the community, activities and appointments.
• Providing support to adults with complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
• Building positive relationships with individuals, families and colleagues.
• Following care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
• Encouraging individuals to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.
