Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking confident, compassionate female Support Workers to join a 2:1 package supporting a young woman with an Acquired Brain Injury in Rainham, Essex. You will provide consistent, patient support that respects her independence and engages her in everyday activities she enjoys.

Shifts run Tuesday to Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm, with placements at the family home and another location. The role includes DBS induction training, holiday pay, Nest pension, a Refer-a-Friend bonus,

• Experience of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) is preferred.
