Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment in Selby is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults in residential and community settings. You will support daily living activities, encourage independence, and help clients engage in hobbies and social activities while maintaining dignity and wellbeing.

The role requires 18+ years, UK work rights, 6 months in healthcare, and strong communication with vulnerable adults. Flexible shifts and continuous training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum 6 months' experience in a healthcare or support setting
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults
