Job summary

Jane Lewis seeks a compassionate Support Worker to help individuals with mental health needs in Selby, offering a community and residential setting where independence is encouraged and wellbeing is central.

You will build rapport with clients, support daily living activities, and engage in hobbies and social events, while maintaining dignity and respect in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Aged 18 or over.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a healthcare or support setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults.
