Job summary

Jane Lewis Health & Social Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Selby to help adults with mental health needs live independently and participate in daily activities.

The role involves supporting individuals in residential and community settings, promoting dignity and wellbeing, and building trust with service users. Applicants must be 18+, have the right to work in the UK, and ideally 6 months’ healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Aged 18 or over
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a healthcare or support setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults
