Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Brixham. You will support individuals with mental health and substance use in residential and community settings, helping with daily living tasks while promoting independence and wellbeing.

The role requires at least 6 months' healthcare or support experience, full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Aged 18 or over.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Minimum 6 months' experience in healthcare or support setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with mental health and substance abuse in residential and community settings.
• Encourage independence with daily living tasks.
• Support service users with hobbies, activities, and social engagement.
