Qualifications

• At least six months of paid UK care or support experience within the last two years.
• Aged 18 or over.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Caring, reliable and professional approach with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical care and support to people in various settings.
• Assist with everyday tasks and help people engage with the community.
• Encourage independence, choice and social engagement.
• Provide or prompt personal care when required.
• Follow support plans and keep accurate records.
• Some services may require complex care, with additional training provided.
