Community Integrated Care is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health concerns in daily living. You’ll focus on person-centred support to help individuals achieve their best lives and maintain independence.

Shifts include 10am-10am (sleepover), 8am-3pm, and 3pm-10pm; driving licence is required for at least one year. We value diverse backgrounds and offer ongoing training and progression within a widely respected UK charity.
