Dimensions Ltd in Reading (RG2) is seeking a Female Support Worker to join a lively home supporting four women aged 30s–50s. Role involves 1:1 and 2:1 support, personal care, and assisting with activities and appointments.

Experience not essential; full training provided. A full UK driving licence is essential, and sleep-in shifts may be required with a £50 payment. Competitive pay (£13.45/h) plus sleep-in uplift, with progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting people with their personal care.
• Using hoists and specialist equipment for one person.
• Supporting wheelchair users and people with eating and drinking.

• Supporting people to attend health appointments and activities.
• Supporting communication through signs, gestures and personalised approaches.
• Helping people to do things that matter to them and supporting holidays.
