Advance Housing & Support Ltd. are seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Bournemouth to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs live the lives they choose. 37.5 hours per week, with weekends and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Values and compassion are key to helping people with autism or learning disabilities.
• Excellent communication with individuals, families and care teams.
• Ability to complete care records accurately and on time.
• Willingness to work alternating weekends and flexible hours.
• Must hold a full UK/International driving license and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as required.
• Administer medications if needed and/ or support with medication routines.
• Support with meals, appointments and social activities.
• Maintain accurate records and update care plans as required.
• Keep up to date with training and participate in ongoing development.
