Advance Housing & Support Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Sarisbury to help customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions live the lives they choose.

The role requires a full UK driving license as the customer has their own vehicle to access the community, and entails 37.5 hours per week across days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. You will contribute to personal care, meal support, medical appointments and social activities while

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
• Medication administration (if required)
• Support with preparing and cooking meals
• Support with attending medical appointments

• Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
• Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required
