Advance Housing and Support Ltd in Bournemouth is seeking a Casual Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs live the lives they choose. This role offers zero contracted hours, with weekend, day, evening, and sleep-in shifts.

You will receive £14.94 per hour including holiday pay, or £13.33 excluding holiday pay. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are required, with mileage paid at 0.55p per mile.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people who have disabilities.
• Willingness to learn and complete required care training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene if required.
• Medication administration if required.
• Support with meals, appointments, social activities and independent living tasks.
