M&D Care in South Wales is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join Specialist Residential Services across South Wales. You will help adults with complex needs and autism live meaningful lives in welcoming homes.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work flexibly across a rota including weekends
• Right to work in the UK
• Desirable: QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care
• Desirable: Experience with complex needs, autism or learning disabilities

Responsibilities

• Supporting people with daily living activities
• Encouraging independence and life skills
• Assisting with community activities, hobbies and interests
