M&D Care in South Wales is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional support needs live independent, fulfilling lives in supportive residential homes across South Wales.

You will be part of a family-oriented organisation offering training, progression, and a comprehensive benefits package as you support individuals in their daily activities and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Essential: Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work flexibly across a rota, including weekends and sleep-ins.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support people with everyday living activities.
• Promote independence and life skills.
• Encourage participation in hobbies and interests.
• Support access to community activities and activities in the home.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement.
• Assist with personal care where required.
• Support with medication administration.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
