Job summary

Prosperity Care & Wellbeing Ltd in Gloucester is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist two gentlemen with moderate learning disabilities and autism. You will deliver person-centred support to promote independence, wellbeing and engagement in daily activities within a supported living setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult social care or support worker role preferred.
• Ability to provide person-centred support to promote independence, wellbeing and engagement in daily activities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of vulnerable adults.
• Willingness to work shifts including early/late hours.
• Driver involvement is advantageous.

About the Person You’ll Be Supporting & Your Role

We are looking for a Support Worker to support two gentlemen with moderate learning disabilities and autism. The individuals also have iron deficiency, oesophageal reflux, and asthma. You will provide person-centred support to promote independence, wellbeing, and engagement in daily activities within a supported living environment.
