As part of the team, you’ll deliver compassionate practical and emotional support, document accurately, and work with professionals to uphold high care standards.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker
• Ability to promote independence and wellbeing
• Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs and visual impairment
• Willingness to lead by example and guide colleagues
• Ability to complete accurate documentation and follow risk procedures

Responsibilities
