Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Creative Care - Leicester Complex Care Service in Leicester. You will work 28-42 hours per week, on days, providing person-centred care to adults with complex needs and supporting with daily living activities.

You'll follow Positive Behaviour Support approaches, participate in care planning and reviews, and work within a not-for-profit setting that values development, teamwork and compassionate support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mentor new colleagues during induction to support high-quality care delivery
• Participate in supervision, observation and appraisal processes
• Provide effective communication including accurate written reports
• Deliver high-quality care in line with support plans and organisational policy
• Support the Service Manager with complaints and concerns following WCL policy
