Job summary

We Change Lives’ Creative Care - Leicester Complex Care Service is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for day shifts in Leicester. You will provide person-centred support to residents with complex care needs, while driving is a regular part of daily duties.

The role requires a Full UK/Irish driving licence held for more than 2 years and offers 28–42 hours per week. We provide training, a welcoming team, and a values-driven environment in a not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Full UK / Irish driving licence held for longer than 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Mentor new colleagues during induction to support high-quality care.
• Participate in supervision, observation and appraisal processes.
• Provide accurate written reports and effective communication.
• Delivery of person-centred care following care plans and safeguarding policies.
