We Change Lives through Creative Care – Leicester Complex Care Service is seeking a Night Senior Support Worker in Leicester. The role focuses on high-quality, person-centred care for adults with complex needs in a supported living setting, applying Positive Behaviour Support and risk-aware practice.

Full-time, permanent on-site position offering an hourly rate of £13.34 and opportunities for development within a not-for-profit organisation committed to compassionate care and patient wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a senior care role.
• Experience with complex care needs preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Mentor new colleagues during induction to support high-quality care.
• Provide accurate written reports and timely updates.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care aligned with support plans.
• Follow PBS approaches and risk assessments in daily tasks.
• Maintain safeguarding and data protection standards.
