Eden Futures is recruiting Female Specialist Support Workers to join our Supported Living teams across residents’ homes and community settings in the UK. Qualifications

• Care experience is valued; minimum 6–12 months in care preferred.
• Ability to maintain a person-centred approach and support independence.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life aligned with their wishes and care plans.
• Help keep service users safe and safeguarded.
• Provide emotional support and person-centred care.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, and personal care.
• Act as a point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report health and wellbeing concerns.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and welfare of others.
