Montfield Care Services, Lerwick, Shetland, is seeking a Social Care Worker to provide direct support and promote independence with dignity. You will work in Community Care Resources across a range of settings, delivering person-centred care with compassion and respect.

The role requires evidence of SSSC values, PVG/SSSC registration on start, and a willingness to travel if needed. Flexible working and training opportunities are offered by the council.

• Provide direct support to individuals in various settings.
• Help individuals maximise independence and dignity.
• Support people with varying abilities and complex needs, enabling goals and personal outcomes.
• Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care including personal care, daily living skills and activities.
• Travel may be required; driving licence desirable or essential depending on service needs.
