Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a dedicated Sexual Health Administrator in Rugby to support a busy multidisciplinary team. The role involves reception duties, appointment booking, and maintaining patient records to ensure a smooth clinic flow and high-quality patient experience.

You will work 32 hours per week in a part-time capacity, joining a collaborative team focused on safeguarding patient confidentiality and delivering effective care in a sensitive setting.

Qualifications

• GCSE-level education, or equivalent, in Maths and English.
• Experience in an administrative, reception or customer-facing role.
• Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality reception and administrative service to support daily running of the Rugby Sexual Health Service.
• Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable and respected.
• Booking and registering appointments; managing enquiries professionally.
• Using electronic patient systems to record and update information accurately.
• Producing letters and carrying out general administrative duties; managing correspondence.
