Job summary

Mawnan Church of England Aided Primary School is seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to provide consistent, child-centred support for a Key Stage 1 pupil within our inclusive mainstream school.

The role involves working closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and other professionals to deliver tailored learning support and help the pupil access the curriculum in a meaningful and inclusive way.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEN.
• Ability to adapt language, resources, routines and support levels to meet needs.
• Strong relationships with pupils and parents.
