Skycare is seeking a Day Registered Nurse for a full-time position in Thamesmead. The role requires UK registration and prior nursing home experience, with a mandatory 1 year UK RN background.

You'll work day and night shifts, including 12-hour shifts, with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and evaluating care plans under the Head Nurse, and ensuring high standards of nursing care.

Qualifications

• NMC PIN required and right to work in the UK.
• Experience in a nursing home setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate health care records and reports.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Supervise, develop and teach care team members.
• Ensure standards of care and resident wellbeing are met.
• Contribute to shift handovers and care plan evaluations.
