Qualifications

• Female applicants only due to Equality Act 2010 exception.
• Two references required.
• Enhanced DBS check required (cost covered by Local Authority).
• Willingness to engage with complex mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines, personal hygiene, and cooking.
• Support with medical appointments and household management.
• Provide transport when necessary.
• Offer emotional reassurance and communication assistance.
• Be physically active and alert during moments of distress.
