Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow individual care plans, risk assessments, and health protocols.
• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing.
• Support with medication and daily living tasks.
• Promote independence and engagement in activities and community outings.
• Record health information and report concerns promptly to the Team Leader.
• Move and handle safely and appropriately.
