A bright, vibrant 30 year old lady is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic female Personal Assistants to join her dedicated team.

Mental Health & Communication

• PTSD may cause distressing nightmares - gentle reassurance is essential.
• Autism can present communication challenges - support with understanding and expression is key.
• Emotional regulation support using grounding, breathing, and mindfulness techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prompting and assisting with daily routines, personal hygiene, dressing, cooking, and home safety.
• Supporting with admin tasks: medical appointments, letters, and household management.
• Providing transport - a clean driving licence is essential.
• Offering emotional reassurance and communication support.
• Being physically active and alert, especially during moments of distress.
