Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible, person-centred support across daily activities.
• Assist with medication collection using Motability vehicle, shopping and errands.
• Help with household tasks, meal preparation and healthy routines.
• Support with personal hygiene and loading equipment into a car as needed.
• Accompany to outdoors, nature spaces and swimming pools; assist with medical appointments.
