Health Transportation Group UK Ltd is seeking Ambulance Care Assistants in Norwich to provide safe, compassionate transport for vulnerable patients. This role goes beyond driving, involving patient support, mobility assistance, and maintaining high standards of care across NHS contracts.

Training is provided, with a 4-on/4-off pattern and 12-hour shifts. You will join a team that values care, respect, and social value.

Responsabilités

• Patient Transport & Care - Safely drive patients to and from healthcare appointments while providing reassurance, support, and compassionate care throughout their journey.
• Assisting with Mobility - Helping patients with mobility needs, including safe lifting, use of specialist equipment, and transferring patients to and from vehicles or their homes.
• Communication & Compassion - Communicating clearly and kindly with patients, families, and healthcare staff, maintaining dignity, respect, and patient confidentiality at all times.
• Vehicle Checks & Basic Administration - Carrying out daily vehicle checks, keeping all equipment clean and ready in line with Infection Prevention and Control procedures, and ensuring that any incidents and/or journey details are accurately recorded as required.
