HTG-UK is hiring Ambulance Care Assistants for our Bournemouth area team. The role focuses on safe patient transport, compassionate care and reliable service for vulnerable patients across our NHS contracts.

You will be joining a field-based team with two weeks of training, opportunities to grow, and a comprehensive benefits package. A full UK manual driving licence is required; DBS and right to work checks apply.

Qualifications

• Patience, empathy and resilience in a patient transport role.
• Strong communication with patients and healthcare staff.
• Good physical fitness for moving and handling patients.

Responsibilities

• Patient Transport & Care - Safely drive patients to and from appointments while providing reassurance.
• Assisting with Mobility - Help patients with mobility needs and transfers.
• Communication & Compassion - Maintain dignity, respect and confidentiality.
• Vehicle Checks & Basic Administration - Daily checks and accurate recording of journey details.
