Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales-focused call centre, ideally within healthcare or a service-led environment.
• Compassionate, driven individual aiming to achieve and exceed KPIs.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong emotional intelligence in a patient-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, insurers and GP practices.
• Respond to enquiries promptly with compassionate and efficient service, turning leads into bookings.
• Follow up on warm leads to convert opportunities to bookings.
• Aim to meet agreed KPIs and conversion rates, identify barriers in the patient journey.
• Assist in creating self-pay quotes for patients.
• Build relationships with consultants and their offices.
