You will help with hygiene, feeding, comfort, and building rapport with designated patient groups while prioritising care and maintaining clear documentation of all activities.

You will monitor patient wellbeing, report changes to the RN, and ensure patient dignity with tact and empathy in daily interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in delivering patient care under RN supervision.
• Ensure patient comfort and dignity through compassionate support.
• Assist with personal hygiene, feeding, and documenting care.
• Assess changes in patient condition and escalate to RN when needed.
